Beauty is Global was founded by studio makeup artist Chris Baglien. After twenty-nine years in the industry, working around the world for notable photographers, magazines, fashion designers, and celebrities he decided to launch a community conscious, state of the art premiere boutique agency focusing on building a more personal touch to not only BIG artists but our clients as well.

Because Beauty Is Global is dedicated not just to serving our clients, but also society, our artists are volunteers within their communities.  At an agency level, BIG is dedicated to making a difference by donating 10% of its proceeds to local charities.  That is why working with BIG is not only good for you, but for your community, too.  Check out our Giving Back page to see the difference you are making when you book the BIG team!

We are a responsible, environmentally conscious agency.  BIG is running everything we do with as small a footprint on our fragile environment as we possibly can. With this said, we are trying to start by eliminating all use of paper and paper generated correspondence.
